Current State

Access is working The admin hostname is behind Cloudflare Access with Microsoft Entra ID.
Sections are routed Each top-level section now has its own page so we can build modules in place.
Branding is aligned The portal uses the same logo treatment, header language, and patterned atmosphere as the main site.

The next practical build is turning the VOW page into the working tracker instead of a placeholder dashboard.
